Due to the nature of our clothing offerings, we do not offer returns and/or refunds. We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.
Cherry Hearts Couture ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 7 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages. Cherry Hearts Couture does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all bodysuits, sale items and special occasion wear.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
